Ginny Kissling is the Global President and COO of Ryan, a global tax services, software, and technology firm providing an integrated suite of federal, state, local, and international tax services, and solutions. She leads more than 4,800 team members spanning 80 offices across the globe and is responsible for all aspects of service delivery and global shared services, as well as strategic and enterprise initiatives.

Ginny is a nationally recognized, award-winning tax advisory leader and is frequently recognized as a role model for female leadership. She is a sought-after speaker, and industry thought leader and has authored several published articles. Most recently, she was named to D CEO's 2022 Dallas 500 list, an annual publication profiling the most influential business, civic, and nonprofit leaders in North Texas. Ginny currently serves as the Chair of the North Texas Food Bank and is on the Board of Directors for Dallas Capital Bank. She is a long-standing member of the New York University's (NYU) Continuing Legal Education's State and Local Tax Advisory Board and, in 2018, received the NYU School of Professional Studies prestigious Paul H. Frankel Award for Outstanding Achievement in State and Local Taxation.
