As a leader in the community, Jay serves as the senior consultant and Master Teen Mentor with his Sugar Land, Texas-based organizations.
His various organizations serve “at risk” teens ages 13-18, which includes children and teens transitioning through foster care and group homes. He also offers Back To School Back Pack Campaigns as well as Football and Basketball Camps. He continues to work with the best and brightest in the leadership development field. As a result of working with Jay, teens develop winning mindsets, self-esteem, self worth-worth, and value for their bodies.
