With over 25 years of experience as an HR leader, strategist and business partner, Karen has played a key role in establishing and developing HR processes, and enabling companies such as Capital One, Alliance Data, Sapient and Rosewood to grow. Karen is passionate about helping companies develop more engaged, productive places to work. Her work encompasses multiple industries such as finance, higher education, technology, communications and more.
Karen has earned a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University. She is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. Over Karen’s career, she has also served as Conference Director for HR Southwest, President of Dallas HRMA and on the Board of Trustees for Dallas HRMA.
